Garage46 is not liable for any fines, penalties, or legal actions resulting from modifications made to your vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to the vehicle's roadworthiness status, emissions compliance, and any other legal requirements.

Entering the Workshop:

Entering our workshop is at your own risk. Garage46 is not liable for any injuries, costs, or liabilities incurred while on our premises.

Vehicle Damage:

While we strive to ensure safe workmanship, accidents can happen. If damage occurs to your vehicle while it is in our possession, we take full responsibility and will disclose the incident accordingly. However, we accept no responsibility for any damage found after the vehicle has left our premises. We recommend that you inspect your vehicle upon pickup.

Payments for Services Rendered:
